Meeting Conduct

• Criticize ideas, not people
• Recognize our different abilities to contribute
• Think of the good of the Committee and the project
• Be courteous, be open, participate
• Accept constructive criticism
• Respect one another’s confidentiality
• All members are responsible for active listening
• The facilitator can check for understanding at any time

Meeting Procedure

• Members should raise hands to speak
• Minutes will be circulated within one week of the meeting
